Broomfield Habitat Fair - Saturday, March 31 beginning at 8 am
Please join us at the Broomfield Habitat Fair on Saturday, March 31. The focus of the event will be fun, simple ways for people to create habitats in their back yards for native birds, butterflies and other wildlife. The Birch Garden team will be talking about simple ways you can attract beneficial insects, butterflies and birds to your garden and will be giving away butterfly-friendly seeds.
Frank Shorter Race4Kids – Sunday, April 15 beginning at 8am – noon.
Join the Birch Garden again this year at the 3rd Annual Frank Shorter Race4Kids Health 5k run and fair, this year at the 1st Bank Center. The garden will be giving away seeds for community members to grow in their own yards and promises to have healthy snacks on hand for runners. If you’re interested in helping out this year or in running the race please let us know.
